Step 1- Info Session
Price: FREE
Duration: 30 min
Platform: Telehealth, your choice of phone or video
This is your first step to becoming a patient with us. Simply book a FREE 30 minute info session using the booking button below to meet with the doctor and decide if Probodika integrative & holistic health services are right for you. Includes 30 minute telehealth consultation FREE of charge. Discuss what tailoring a treatment plan to your needs will look like and any other specific concerns. After this consult, if you decide to proceed with the clinic, the doctor will ask you to submit your past medical information (usually a GP health summary and any past specialist letters) ready for the initial consult.
Step 2- Initial Consult
Price: $299 AUD inc. GST
Duration: 60 min
Platform: Telehealth, your choice of phone or video
After you have had your 30 minute information session with the doctor and have submitted the requested background information, you will be able to book your initial consult with us. Your first review will be 60 minutes (1 hour) long via telehealth and will go through all your important medical information so the doctor can get to know you and your history. The doctor may suggest some pathology tests as well as an initial plan for management at this session which may or may not include new or recurrent prescriptions.
Step 3- Follow up Review
Price: $149 AUD inc. GST
Duration: 30 min
Platform: Telehealth, your choice of phone or video
If you are a returning patient and have already had your info session and initial consult, you will be eligible to book reviews at this price with the doctor to follow up on investigation results, ask questions, review your treatment plan and get further advice and recommendations including prescriptions where appropriate. This consult is 30 minutes via telehealth and there may be extra fees for running overtime. If you feel you may need a longer appointment, please advise of this at time of booking.
Concierge Service
From $1000.00 AUD per week
Duration: On call during business hours
Platform: Telehealth, your choice of phone or video
This is an elite membership tiered service offered to patients who are interested in joining the clinic as a Concierge patient. Services an be tailored to suit your needs, and can include regular ongoing personalised support and treatment plan review with fast turnaround and on call support. This will be an agreement with the doctor depending on your personal circumstances. This plan starts at $1000/week retainer fee, however can be tailored to suit your requirements. If you are considering this option please discuss it with the doctor at your review appointment.
